 Terms and conditions for the WIN BIG (DILL) promotion:

1. The promotion is open to customers who play with a Big Dill Pickleball Co. Original Carbon Fiber paddle or Big Dill Pickleball Co. Infinity Fiberglass paddle and win a pickleball tournament using either paddle.
   
   
2. The player must have won the tournament between February 7, 2023 and July 31, 2023.
   
   
3. To participate in the promotion, customers must provide proof of their tournament win by submitting their first name and last name, a photo of themselves with the paddle, the date the tournament took place, the tournament title, and the name and location of the tournament facility.
   
   
4. The promotion is limited to the first 6 people who submit their proof by August 1, 2023.
   
   
5. In order to receive the $50 Amazon Gift Card, customers must provide accurate and complete information and comply with these terms and conditions.
   
   
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
   
   
7. By submitting their first name and last name, and photo as proof of their tournament win, customers agree to allow Big Dill Pickleball Co. to use their first name, last name initial, and the photo in social media, promotional materials, and other ways that Big Dill Pickleball Co. might want to use the photo to promote Big Dill Pickleball Co.
   
   
8. The use of the photo by Big Dill Pickleball Co. shall be without compensation, further permission, or notification to the customer.
   
   
9. By submitting their photo, customers represent and warrant that they have the right to grant this permission and that the photo does not infringe any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
   
   
10. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
11. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
    
    
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.
    
    
13. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to release and hold harmless the promoter and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the gift card.
    
    
14. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    
    
15. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the promoter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the promotion.
